WELLNESS AT CURRIER

The Wellness Committee is dedicated to helping Currier students make the most of their lives at Harvard. We recognize that the academic excellence and extracurricular opportunities that make Harvard unique can also be overwhelming and stressful at times. Our mission is therefore to help students lead balanced lives that are fulfilling, not only academically and socially, but emotionally as well.

We promote activities such as massage study breaks during reading period, campus-wide mental health awareness days, and House yoga classes. We also stock the Lower Main restrooms with contraception (i.e. condoms). We work together with student CHI (community health initiative) representatives who help to generate ideas and run wellness events.
